Knowledge Management Program

The Company places importance on creating a Learning Organization by promoting Knowledge Management (KM) to collect, transfer, and exchange essential knowledge across functions, as well as preserve organizational knowledge so that it can be further developed and continuously applied to improve operations.

In 2025, the Company implemented the Knowledge Management Program, providing experts from various functions with opportunities to share their experience, Best Practices, and specialized knowledge with employees through lectures, knowledge-sharing forums, and online learning materials. The program aimed to strengthen employees’ capabilities to apply the knowledge in their work and support innovation in business operations.

The knowledge-sharing topics covered key areas relevant to the Company’s business operations, including:

  • Conicle: Ignite Your Learning & Development
  • Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
  • Asia Link Terminal (ALT) Project
  • ETC and PSDC Systems
  • IT Awareness and Service Desk Management
  • PJM Market Insights
  • BCPG Consolidation
  • Introduction to Third Party Access (TPA) and Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA)

The program supported knowledge exchange across functions, reduced the loss of knowledge held by personnel, and strengthened a culture of continuous learning, which is essential to improving operational efficiency and supporting long-term business growth.

Benefits of the Program

  • Conducted 9 knowledge-sharing courses covering renewable energy businesses, electricity markets and investment, information technology and digital technology, law and regulatory compliance, and organizational development and management.
  • Average participation was 92 employees per course, representing 64%.
