The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for BCPG as we embark on a new decade under the strategy “The Next Decade: Broadening Horizons of Sustainability.” This comes amid a rapidly changing and increasingly challenging global landscape, characterized by economic volatility, energy crises, and growing societal expectations of businesses regarding environmental responsibility.
BCPG firmly believes that true growth is not reflected merely in business performance figures, but must be founded on transparency, accountability, and good corporate governance, genuinely delivering sustainable value to society and future generations.

Strong Growth into a New Decade
BCPG’s performance in 2025 reflects its growth potential amid challenges. The company recorded total EBITDA of 4,871.2 million Baht and profit from normal operations of 1,807 million Baht, an increase of 61% from 2024. This growth was primarily driven by the recognition of higher shares of profit from two major projects: the natural gas power plants in the United States and the Monsoon Wind Power Project in the Lao PDR.
BCPG currently has a total contracted capacity of 1,960.3 megawatts, comprising 1,474.6 megawatts from projects already in operation and another 485.7 megawatts from projects under development, spanning six countries and encompassing solar, hydropower, wind, and natural gas energy.
Strong Governance towards a Low-Carbon Society
BCPG conducts its business based on the 4G strategy: Growth, Good, Green, and Governance, firmly believing that a truly sustainable business must be founded on excellent management, good corporate governance, and responsibility towards society and the environment. To fully transition into a low-carbon organization, BCPG has established the following targets:
Carbon Neutrality (Thailand) We are proud to have achieved carbon neutrality for our operations in Thailand since 2022. We have continued to maintain our sustainable operating standards for the third consecutive year and remain committed to doing so.
Global Carbon Neutrality We aim to achieve carbon neutrality across our operations in every country in which we invest by 2030.
Net Zero We aim to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
To achieve these ambitious targets, BCPG not only formulates plans but also “takes action” through strategic projects that generate far-reaching positive impacts. These include restoring ecosystems through a mangrove reforestation project for carbon credits, applying digital innovation to develop an accurate Carbon Footprint Tracking for Organization (CFO) platform, and conducting research and development on Battery Storage Systems to overcome the limitations of renewable energy and enhance future energy stability.
Moreover, we are committed to creating “shared value” in every area where our projects are located, such as the Lom Ligor Wind Power Project in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, which we operate alongside efforts to promote local biodiversity, and the Monsoon Wind Power Project in the Lao PDR, which is not merely a source of electricity but also a bridge to energy security, helping people throughout the region gain broad and equitable access to clean energy.

With its commitment to responsible business conduct, BCPG has received awards and recognition for meeting various standards, reflecting its success as a clean energy leader that places good governance at the heart of its operations. We are proud to have been selected as one of the ESG100 companies for the eighth consecutive year. This recognition affirms that we conduct our business in accordance with good corporate governance while consistently creating positive impacts on society and the environment. Receiving the Human Rights Award 2025 at the highest level for the second consecutive year further reinforces that BCPG is committed not only to developing its clean energy business but also to placing the highest priority on operations that respect human rights and people’s well-being throughout the value chain. In addition, BCPG received a Carbon Neutral Certificate, recognizing its concrete efforts to achieve carbon neutrality.
Guided by our new milestone, “The Next Decade: Broadening Horizons of Sustainability,” BCPG firmly believes that sustainable development is not merely an undertaking pursued in response to global trends but “a cornerstone for driving the future” as we remain committed to creating value that balances business, social, and environmental returns to achieve stable growth in the decade ahead.
