The Company places importance on safeguarding the health and safety of employees, covering new employees, operational employees, supervisors, personnel responsible for emergency response and fire evacuation, workers, and contractors across all operational sites. The Company focuses on continuously building a safety culture and reducing the risk of work-related accidents.

In 2025, the Company conducted training courses on occupational health, safety, and the working environment in accordance with applicable legal requirements and standards. These included occupational safety training for new employees, safety officer at supervisory level training, and basic firefighting and fire evacuation training.

The work-at-height safety training was conducted in two sessions on 3–4 September and 9–10 September. The training covered the following key topics:

• Laws and occupational safety standards applicable to work at height
• Proper use of fall protection equipment
• Safe work practices at height
• Risk assessment and work planning
• Rescue and emergency response
