Under the Breath of the Waters concept, the Company aims to conserve and restore marine resources while raising awareness of marine ecosystem conservation among youth and employees. The Company therefore organized the “Back to the Sea, Year 2” activity to support marine wildlife conservation, cultivate awareness of marine natural resource conservation, and enhance understanding of the ocean’s role as a major source of oxygen and an important global carbon sink.

The activity was held at the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, Royal Thai Navy, in Sattahip District, Chon Buri Province. Participants learned from experts about marine ecosystems, the importance of conserving sea turtles and coastal organisms, and participated in the hands-on release of baby sea turtles into their natural habitat. This learning experience promoted awareness and responsibility for the sustainable conservation of marine resources.

The Company invited teachers and students from Wat Khanon Ban Krot School in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province to participate, providing youth with opportunities to learn through hands-on experience and inspiring them to participate in natural resource and environmental conservation from an early age. The activity also strengthened collaboration among the business sector, education sector, and conservation organizations to jointly drive sustainable social and environmental development.

Benefits of the Program

• 22 employees participated in the project activities.
• Employees contributed a total of 352 volunteer hours.
• A total of 56 Grade 8 and Grade 9 students and teachers from Wat Khanon Ban Krot School in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province participated in the activity, with 85% of the students passing the post-activity assessment of knowledge and understanding.
