Training Program on Enterprise Risk Management Guidelines

The Company provides risk management training for executives and relevant employees to strengthen their knowledge, understanding, and skills in risk management in accordance with the internationally recognized COSO ERM 2017 framework. The program also promotes a Risk Culture and the effective integration of risk management into strategy formulation and business operations. Key training topics include:

  • Concepts and principles of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Risk management under the COSO ERM 2017 framework
  • Linking risks with strategy, business goals, and corporate indicators
  • Risk Identification & Analysis
  • Risk Response & Mitigation
  • Risk Monitoring & Control
  • Defining Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Emerging Risks and global risk trends, such as geopolitical risks, climate change, and technological change

In addition, the Company organizes workshop activities that allow participants to practice assessing risks based on corporate indicators, prioritizing risks, using a Risk Matrix, and preparing risk management plans aligned with business goals. The activities also facilitate the exchange of risk perspectives across functions to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise-wide risk management.

Benefits of the Program

  • A total of 42 executives and employees participated in the risk management training and workshop, covering 100% of the key functions and departments, including Investment, Operations, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Corporate Strategy and Sustainability.
  • The training and workshop activities lasted a total of two hours.
  • Material risk issues and emerging risks were reviewed and identified to support the preparation of the annual enterprise risk management plan.
