The Company focuses on developing learning formats that deliver tangible business outcomes through the PowerWise Challenge Project, which provides employees with opportunities to apply their knowledge to developing projects that improve operational efficiency. A total of 35 employees participated and successfully developed 8 prototypes from 8 initiatives, reflecting the application of knowledge to create innovation and value for the organization. The project also strengthened Innovation Thinking, Cross-functional Collaboration, project management, and Problem Solving skills, which are essential to driving the organization toward sustainable growth.

Benefits of the Program

• A total of 35 employees participated in the project, representing 70% of the target group.
