Relaxation Massage Project by Therapists with Visual Impairments

The Company is committed to promoting employee well-being and quality of life while creating shared value for society. It therefore conducts the Relaxation Massage Project by Therapists with Visual Impairments every month at its headquarters to relieve work-related fatigue, reduce the risk of office syndrome, and promote employees’ physical and mental health, thereby enhancing work efficiency and supporting work-life balance.
In addition, the Company supports the employment of persons with visual impairments who work as Thai massage therapists to create career opportunities, increase their income on an ongoing basis, and promote self-reliance. This aligns with the principles of diversity, equality, and inclusion while supporting non-discrimination and creating a society in which everyone has equal access to employment opportunities.
The project reflects the Company’s approach to conducting business with consideration for all stakeholder groups by integrating employee health care and promotion with social value creation to support sustainable growth across the economic, social, and corporate governance dimensions.
