Projects and Activities
Good Job in the Village Project

Under the Breath of the Souls concept, the Company is committed to Creating Shared Value (CSV) for communities surrounding its operational areas by applying its capabilities and business processes to promote employment, vocational skills development, and income generation for local people. These efforts enhance their quality of life and sustainably strengthen community economies.
The Company implements the Good Job in the Village Project to create employment opportunities for people in communities surrounding its power plants while promoting the development of skills required for work and long-term careers. The project addresses three key community needs: stable-income employment, greater income-generating opportunities, and skills development that can support future careers.
The project covers 18 of the Company’s solar and wind power plants in 10 provinces and is implemented in collaboration with contractors selected to recruit personnel who meet the Company’s specified qualifications, with priority given to hiring local people to create economic opportunities and distribute income to surrounding communities.
Community members are employed in various positions, including technicians, maintenance personnel, grass-cutting and solar panel cleaning workers, security guards, housekeeping staff, and gardeners. These positions provide stable incomes and opportunities to develop work-related skills and gain experience that can support future careers.
Beyond employment, the Company promotes a sense of belonging among community members by providing opportunities to participate in its operations through community meetings, feedback and grievance channels, and project visits. These activities build understanding, transparency, and trust between the Company and its stakeholders, which are essential to sustainable coexistence with communities.
